I grew with Yoga as a way of life as my mother is an Iyengar Yoga teacher herself. Later I began practicing Yoga more intensively while training as a professional dancer, and gradually Yoga became for me an essential physical and spiritual daily practice.

In 2007 I travelled to India to train as a Yoga Teacher at the International Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Madurai, and upon my return began teaching Yoga to Dance Companies and general public in London.

I teach an Energising, Strengthening and Rejuvenating class, composed of Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Relaxation meditation, allowing you to Stretch and Strengthen your muscles, and to regenerate your energy.

The emphasis is put on Breath and Relaxation within the postures, to give a deep sense of well-being during strengthening and to keep body and mind healthy.
