Classes, Courses & Workshop bookings.
  1. Download & Email forms back to us along with preferred Day, Time and Class Type with your name, address & contacts.
  2. Purchase the relevant class card below via our paypal site
  3. Receipt: Once you've received your confirmation email your class is booked.



Please note 6/12 class cards in accordance with our courses will automatically run in order, unless specified via Email or by phone on 0845 388 3372
If you are going to be away you must let us know in advance.
A 24 hr cancellation policy runs at all times.


Bookings
Must be made online or over the phone. Not at the classes!
We take payments via phone, Paypal and Bank transfer/direct debit directly into our account. Please note Paypal incurs a small processing fee. Cheques made payable to Vitalbody are a last resort as post and processing may result in you missing a space on a course.
 
If you do turn up to a class without having paid in advance, more than likely we will be full and unable to accommodate you as our classes are limited to small number in order to give class members individual attention. We'd hate for you to miss out!!

Teachers do not take payments directly under any circumstances and you will be turned away if you have not booked and paid for the course of classes in advance.
