Prior to
her physiotherapy study, Claire trained as a professional dancer at Perm State
Choreographic Institute, Russia and Central School of Ballet, London.

Claire discovered
Pilates while dancing and qualified as an instructor in 2003 with Stott Pilates
and has taught in which she has excelled in a rehabilitation and general
exercise setting owning her own studio in her Dublin since 2004 until she moved
to London to complete here MSc in Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Claire
qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 2005. Since then
she has
worked in the areas of Spinal cord injury, Rheumatology,
Orthopaedics,
neurology,elderly rehabilitation and respiratory care.
She now
specializes in and is currently finishing her MSc. in advanced physiotherapy at
King's College London. She also works for Barnet Primary Care Trust as a
Physiotherapist for Barnet General Hospital when she's not busy with her
balancing and conditioning Pilates classes, Ballet Classes and Private Pilates
clients.
